In the Fall of 2000 sisters Kelli Cordon and Anna Jessick attended an inspirational class presented by Steven Brooks, owner of Diva Salon in Las Vegas. Steven spoke about the challenges our industry was facing as a result of the booth rentals trend among stylists.

   It had become standard practice among salon professionals to put the guest's needs last and provide substandard service in an unprofessional setting. We realized that by owning a lease salon ourselves, we were contributing to the declining quality of service and lack of professionalism. We decided to open the only independently owned employee based salon in our area!

With one full time and one part time employee, we opened our Hayden Fratelli Salon July 17, 2001. Today our  Coeur d'Alene Aveda Concept Salon is thriving with more than 17 employees, we opened our new location that  on September 12. We still  have our original first two team members(Tina & Gail). With the rapid growth of business comes the need for highly motivated, professional team members. The addition of our new Studio-Training program will allow us to give new team members the opportunity to continue to learn with a real world salon in a nurturing and structured learning environment. Participants in our Studio program will acquire the skills needed to succeed in the Salon industry.
